If I buy a fishing license in California how long will it last?
its the end of august and i want to buy a fishing license in California, i heard they last a full year buy my neighbor told me the only last to the end of the year you buy them in… so which is it 12 months or until the end of the year?
The neighbor is correct. In CA, they are only valid till 12/31 of that year. At this point you’d be wasting your money at $41.20 for a Residential Sport Fishing License. Go buy the 1 or 2 day license as you need. Go to the link below for the details.
