Comcast FINALLY Rolls Out Its Usage Meter, In Portland Only

It’s nearly been a year since Comcast said they would offer a bandwidth meter. The meter is necessary because Comcast has a cap on usage. It’s a relatively high one at 250 GB, but as no one can monitor their use, it’s a little unfair. Thus, people have been waiting for the bandwidth meter since last August.
